Why do the calories in Endangered Species Chocolate bars never even nearly equate with the actual nutrients?
S. Leigh asked:
For example, the Panda Bar has 15g of fat (15g * 9kcal = 135kcals), 13g Carbs (granted, it says it has 18g sugars ???- let’s just stick with the first number: 13g * 4 kcal = 52), and 3g of protein (3g * 4kcal = 12kcals).

Now, 135 + 52 + 12 =199 kcals, correct?
So, why does the bar say it has 230 kcals per serving? 31 kcals is QUITE a rounded leap if that’s all it is. The majority are like this, are they just bad labels?
