Tuan Tuan and Yuan Yuan are China’s newest Panda diplomats. Say their names together in Chinese and it means unite. China’s government wants to win friends in Taiwan. It knows that the pandas will be a hugely popular tourist attraction once they arrive at Taipei zoo.

The exchange is a sign of gradually warming ties between China and Taiwan. The island’s new president accepted the offer of the two pandas after he was elected in May. His predecessor had refused them.

Ok, I never expected this many views, but to add some info about the video…

I was dating a girl around the time I made the video, we lived a couple hours apart and she would always joke around and say that she was a sad panda whenever I had to leave to go back home.

She also loved to play the piano, and once played this song. So I took the two and made the video.

Yes, it did take a long time to collect all the pictures, and for those of you looking for them go to photobucket.

I have a 30 gallon tank. Dimensions are 30×12x18. The fish are glowlight tetras, neon tetras, a dwarf gourami, and panda cories. The live plants take low to moderate lighting.
Cost doesn’t really matter, just not anything too extreme.
There is a glass plate that will be between the bulb and the water.
By the way, I’m only looking for the bulb, I already have the hood.
