    who cares? they taste good. worry more about the junk they mix into the sauce -that’s the unhealthy part. eat in moderation.

    NO NO NO! We just got a Panda Express near me, I checked them out NOTHING is Veggie not even their veggie dishes. ALL dishes are made with chicken stock/broth.
    Well not quite true their Steamed White Rice is, Drinks & the fortune cookeis are.
    Go to their website it will tell you the same thing.

    No all chinese and thai places add Oyster sauce or fish sauce or chicken broth. They really don’t the concept of vegetarian and veganism. Even if you explain it to them they will ask fish ok or egg ok. Can’t blame them. They have no clue about such things.

    Not likely. They are probably cooked with either meat broth or chicken powder, or oyster sauce. And the same oil used to cook meat. That’s a classic Chinese method in cooking. To use oils that were used to cook something else to flavor another.

    Of course you can ask them but remember that vegetarian restrictions are not so clear to all people so don’t get your hopes up too much.
